Stiff Leg Dead Lift

This is a great advanced exercise that will concentrate on the bum and backs of those thighs. Done correctly this is one of the best exercises to tone and lift that bum!


Starting Position: - Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend at your waist keeping your back straight, and grip the bar with your palms turned towards you. Keep your legs straight.
Movement: - Exhale as you raise yourself to a standing position, holding the bar at your waist. Inhale as you slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
Training Tip: Work really hard at keeping good technique throughout this exercise. Start with a light weight until you've mastered the technique then really start challenging yourself over 10-12 reps!
