Realize Fitness Services - Bootcamp

These are outdoor fitness and fat loss sessions that are run between May through to September. They are high intensity, interval sessions designed to burn the most fat calories not just during the session but hours afterwards. What ever your age, fitness level or body shape, these sessions will work for you!

6 sessions are run over a fortnight and you can choose which one's you attend. You will also receive a fat loss meal plan to follow to get the best out of this training!

The aim is to work as hard as possible doing a large variety of exercises to see maximum benefits!

Sessions involve a lot of running exercises through shuttles and sprints as well as toning up exercises for the whole body, including tyre flipping, barrel lifting and rope pulls!!

These are hard sessions that gain quick, quality results. Great for fat burning and inch loss! People lose a lot of body fat and drop dress sizes during these bootcamps and you can too!
