Dips

This exercise will help prevent and even reduce the "Bingo Wing" effect! No one likes it when the back of the arm continues to wobble minutes after you've waved a friend off!!

Dips will add tone as well as definition to the back of the arms and also work the chest and shoulders.

A very versatile exercise that can be performed on a bench, step or even @ home off the sofa or bottom of the stairs.

Starting Position: - Sit on a step/bench & place your hands shoulder width apart. Walk out until your feet are under your knees
Movement: - Inhale as you lower your body down until you create a 90o angle @ your elbow. Exhale as you return to the start position in a controlled manner
